The 6-2 180-pound four-star point guard is just days away from announcing his collegiate decision.
IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) point guard Cam Miles will announce his collegiate decision on Wednesday.
According to 247Sports, Miles is the No. 18 ranked combo guard as well as the No. 19 ranked prospect in the state of Florida for the Class of 2025.
Miles will choose between East Carolina, Marshall, and Temple. Throughout his recruitment process, Miles held 25 offers and took three official visits all this month to his final three schools.
During the AAU season, Miles played with SOH Elite as well as Austin Rivers Elite on the Under Armour and Adidas circuits where he put up some efficient numbers.
Miles is a crafty point guard where he uses a ton of shiftiness and changing speeds and can get a bucket with the rest of them on the offensive end.
Miles spent his senior season playing at AZ Compass Prep, averaging 8.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.2 steals per game before making his roots back to the Sunshine State for a post-grad year.
Miles on East Carolina: “I thought the visit went well.”The whole coaching staff was great to me and my family, and I really like the player development they have aligned for their players.”
Miles on Temple: “Having a good relationship with Coach (Fisher) and his staff have really looked out for me and my family.” We’ve been in constant communication since the summer live period and love how they put the best in their players day in and day out.”
Miles on Marshall: “I had a great time visiting their campus where the players and staff were good to me and my family.”
Cam Miles Scouting Report: At 6-foot-2, Miles is a great utility guard who can fill both roles in the backcourt given the situation. He thrives as a playmaker whose first instinct is to find the open man but is also adept and scoring on all three levels. Miles doubles as a lockdown defender, effectively guarding the primary ball handler for 94 feet. Miles also has a dangerous knack of knocking down shots from the perimeter as well on the offensive end.
