As we get set for another high school volleyball season, we will be revealing our Top 100 players to watch for in their respective classes. We will start with the senior class, followed by juniors, and then sophomores. The following players are ranked by their collegiate potential and the impact they made during the 2023 season.
#60 Daryn Reese-Watkins- IMG Academy
Height: 6’1
Position: Outside Hitter
Commitment: Howard University

#59 Connore Siler-Nixon- Calvary Christian (Clearwater)
Height: 5’10
Position: Middle Blocker
Commitment: UNC-Greensboro
Siler-Nixon’s game has continued to improve since the start of her freshman year so don’t overreact where she is ranked. Her height and size continue to be an advantage when she plays in front of the net. Siler-Nixon has incredible timing when it comes to blocking as well as serve receiving where she should benefit at when it comes to playing at the next level.

#58 Milani Billings- Sagemont
Height: 5’5
Position: Libero/Defensive Specialist
Commitment: Uncommitted
Billings is one of the most accurate passers for a Libero I’ve seen on this list as she is very active when it comes to getting her teammates involved. Her serving ability has also continued to improve where she finds open areas whether it’s on the left or right side.

#57 Kierstin Bevelle- Lake Highland Prep
Height: 5’11
Position: Outside Hitter
Commitment: Florida Atlantic
Bevelle is always in attack mode whether it’s her serve receiving or ability to block at the front of the net. She also has the ability to take over matches when called upon as her defense and footwork have continued to improve where she can cover a lot of ground in the open court.

#56 Ava Webster- Jupiter
Height: 6’0
Position: Right Side Hitter
Commitment: George Washington
Webster has the size, length, and athleticism to play under any system where she’ll be playing in the Atlantic 10 as she committed to George Washington before her senior season. Webster’s defense and blocking ability have continued to improve as well as her timing. Webster has one of the best offensive and defensive skillsets for an opposite in the upcoming senior class.

#55 Rylee Tanner- Winter Haven
Height: 6’0
Position: Outside Hitter
Commitment: Uncommitted
Rylee has an impressive all-around skillset whether it’s indoor or beach volleyball. She does a great job at changing her speeds on arm swings when it comes to timely kills. Her most consistent skill is her serve-receiving where she gets her teammates involved with her accurate passing. Her serving has also continued to improve where she uses her speed and court vision to an advantage.
Rylee was also named the 2023 Beach Volleyball Player of the Year by the Lakeland Ledger.

#54 Jannelize Perez- Lake Highland Prep
Height: 5’3
Position: Libero/Defensive Specialist
Commitment: New Hampshire
Perez plays with a lot of confidence in the Libero position where she makes some plays look so effortless. She does a great job when it comes to body control as well as creating angles to get her teammates involved. Perez could end up being one of the top Liberos in this year’s graduating class.

#53 Sarah Dibbs-Frantz- Carrollwood Day
Height: 6’3
Position: Middle Blocker
Commitment: VCU
Dibbs-Frantz plays with a high IQ and great speed. Her ability to diagnose opposing defenses and find open spots has continued to improve. She’s also able to recognize where the opposition is going to go before the play starts. Dibbs-Frantz still has plenty of room to grow in her game as she has high potential to play at the next level right away.
Dibbs-Frantz was a key member of Carrollwood Day’s 2023 Class 3A State Championship team.

#52 Charlotte Thompson- Tampa Catholic
Height: 5’11
Position: Outside Hitter
Commitment: Mercer University
Thompson is fully effective when it comes to the offensive side where she does a great job when it comes to her passing. Her defense and serve receiving have also continued to improve where she can make an impact whether it’s playing in the front or back row.
#51 Addison Walker- Stoneman Douglas
Height: 6’2
Position: Outside Hitter
Commitment: Gardner-Webb
Walker was named to the All-Area First Team by the Miami Herald as a junior last season.
