The No. 10 ranked player in the state of Florida in the Class of 2025 has narrowed his recruitment down to seven schools.
ORLANDO, Fla.- One of the top-ranked point guards in the 2025 class is closing in on his recruitment as he has narrowed his top schools list down to seven.
Reece, A 6-0 floor general plays for Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, Florida, and was a key member of the Florida Rebels on the Nike EYBL circuit this season. He also has a load of toughness in his game as he is one of the most consistent scorers in not just the state, but also the entire country.
Last month, Reece revealed his top seven schools which feature Cincinnati, Dayton, LSU, Ohio State, Penn State, Providence, and South Florida.
Reece has scheduled an official visit with LSU for September 21 and Providence on September 28 before scheduling a commitment date.
According to 247Sports, Reece is ranked No. 85 in the nation and is the 14th-ranked point guard.
During the Grassroots season, Reece averaged 11.3 points and 4.4 assists per game in 15 games with the Rebels finishing with a 9-6 record. Reece has major ties with the University of Cincinnati as his father (Steven) has sent a couple of his former teammates including 2023 grad Edgerrin “Jizzle” James and. He also has a tie with Providence as his current teammate during high school and grassroots season in Jamier Jones committed there back in May.
