One of the top prospects in the Class of 2025, Jaida Civil has revealed her final eight schools, according to On3Sports.com
2025 6-0 forward Jaida Civil, out of Palm Bay Magnet High School announced her final schools in no order are Cincinnati, Florida State, Miami, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and UCF.
According to HoopGurlz.com, Civil is ranked No. 40 in the nation for the upcoming recruiting cycle. Last season for Palm Bay, Civil averaged 14.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 2.4 steals per game while shooting 42 percent from the field as well as 36 percent from behind the arc.
Civil describes her game as “very ecstatic and is very local when it comes to being a leader on the floor”, she told On3Sports’ Talia Goodman.
As a junior, Civil was named to the All-Space Coast First Team for Florida Today and was also nominated to the All-State Class 5A team where she helped lead the Lady Pirates to a 22-8 record and reach the regional final.
During the AAU season, Civil plays for East Coast United where she put up efficient numbers as well as shooting nearly 50 percent from the field.
Before making her commitment decision, Civil also plans to take five more official visits this fall before the start of her senior season.
