2025 4-star PF Trent Sisley Commits to Indiana

Sisley becomes the first member of Indiana’s recruiting cycle for the Class of 2025

Montverde Academy (Fla.) four-star power forward Trent Sisley announced his college commitment on Monday afternoon. “I’m coming home” he announced on his social media ahead of the decision.

Sisley chose the Hoosiers over Iowa, Michigan State, Purdue, and several others. He has canceled his upcoming visits to Michigan State and Notre Dame.

According to 247Sports, Sisley is the No. 14 ranked power forward in the nation as well as the No. 14 overall ranked player in the state of Florida.

Sisley, is a native of Lincoln City, Indiana, and moved to national powerhouse Montverde Academy before the start of his senior season. As a junior last season, Sisley averaged 24.2 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 2.2 blocks per game. Throughout his three seasons at Heritage Hills High School, Sisley finished with 1715 points, 751 rebounds, and 214 blocked shots (Which are all school records).

During the Spring and Summer, Sisley played for his home-town AAU team Indiana Elite on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit where he averaged 13.8 points and 5.2 rebounds across seven games.

For the upcoming season at Montverde Academy, Sisley will be teammates with four-star guards Hudson Greer (Creighton commit), junior Kayden Allen, senior guard Dante Allen and senior guard Mazi Mosley.

247Sports’ Recruiting Analyst Adam Finkelstein on Sisley: Sisley is a versatile forward with a well-rounded two-way game. He’s a combo forward of sorts, capable of playing and defending multiple positions. He has adequate size to play the four, deceptively long arms, and a bit of underrated athleticism to give him some bounce at the rim. He’s physical and tough enough to battle bigger guys inside and on the glass. While Sisley doesn’t possess elite lateral quickness, he has good defensive instincts and really works to guard the perimeter.
