The Temple Owls landed their second commit in the Class of 2025 on Wednesday afternoon.
IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) post-grad combo guard Cam Miles has committed to Temple University. Miles joins Westtown (Pa.) 6-5 combo guard Cam Wallace as the two commits so far in this upcoming recruiting cycle.
According to 247Sports, Miles is the No. 104 overall ranked prospect as well as the No. 19 ranked prospect in the state of Florida.
Miles chose the Owls over East Carolina and Marshall, where he also held a whopping 25 offers during his recruitment process.
Miles made his return to the Sunshine State after spending last season at AZ Compass Prep where he averaged 8.1 points, 2.5 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.
Miles took an official visit to Temple last weekend. “I had an amazing visit with Temple, as it reminded me of home where I got to interact with the coaches and players,” Miles added on why he chose the Owls. “They really can’t wait for me to get out there as I can bring everything to the table, whether it’s scoring or passing,” Miles added.
Miles is a very skilled and dynamic guard who can create off the bounce as well as score at all three levels. He can also impact the game on the defensive end with his versatility and chasing opposing guards off ball screens.
Miles played for SOH Elite on the Under Armour circuit where he averaged 13.3 points, 2.0 assists per game, and shot 46 percent from the field, 47 percent from behind the arc, and 83 percent from the free throw line during the July live period in Emerson, Georgia.
Miles also played during the spring Live Period for Austin Rivers Southeast Elite where his recruitment process started to take notice.
